Having met Lisa at a wedding fayre she was the first choice of dress shop for me, being a plus size bride was anxious about the whole experience of trying on sample dresses but she explained that many dresses she stocks are plus size. My consultation was

I took my daughter here for prom dress shopping. The choice of dresses was a very well balanced,selection with a variety of styles and colours to suit all. My daughter had a rough idea of what she wanted and Lisa was so accommodating and listened and helped pick a vaned selection.The dressing room was, light, clean and spacious and after about an hour the dress was chosen. There wasn't any time we felt rushed or pressured. My daughter had to have it altered and we made an appointment and the seamstress was lovely and theend result was gorgeous. Overall I cannot praise or rate Florence Bridal highly enough- from start to finish a professional service butwith a friendly touch - a true gem in Rugby

Due to covid restrictions and recent lockdowns I had a very short timescale for getting my wedding dress chosen and altered. Prior to the reopening in April I made contact with Florence Bridal and Lisa responded very quickly and was so friendly. She was happy to make me an urgent appointment for as soon as they were allowed to reopen. Lisa was an absolute delight - the range of dresses were fabulous and Lisa really did not mind how many I tried on in order to find THE ONE! She was very reassuring with regards to my timescales and I loved how honest she was when I was trying on many different styles. Lisa really does has the patience of a saint :-). I found my dress at this wonderful shop (well I actually found two that I needed to choose between). I would recommend Florence Bridal, and Lisa, to all Brides to Be! The shop is beautifully decorated and the changing area is private and luxurious. The wedding accessories, to choose from, are plentiful - you could call this "your one stop bridal shop"! Thank you Lisa, thank you for everything - you are amazing and your shop is fabulous!
